Returns on Class III (NFA items) is not allowed, and payment must be paid in full upfront. In the event you are denied (you should know if you would be), your money will be refunded in full. Any items that are used, are sold "as is". Custom orders such as Rock River Arms, Stag Arms, etc., cannot be returned.

NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.

The seller provides all descriptions for used items. All descriptions for used items are honest and based on actual items being offered for sale. Items being sold in this manner will be marked as such. All sales on used items are final. Photos will be provided when available. All machine guns are considered used unless otherwise noted.

The Credit Card Billing Information, Shipping Information, and Contact Information in our checkout process are required in order to process your order and deliver the product to you. We store some information for accounting reasons. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unrequested information. The entire Checkout process is handled through a secure SSL-encrypted connection.

The Credit Card Billing Information is sent directly to our payment provider who processes your credit card transaction. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by us, and it can only be accessed by our payment provider. Each transaction has a very high level of security. Your credit card details are sent directly to the payment provider over a secure SSL-encrypted connection. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction, nor are they stored on our server.



All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) featuring 128-bit encryption. A Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate creates an encrypted link between a Web site and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the Web site and the browser remains private and secure.



All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx. Most orders are fulfilled within 40 hours of online purchase.



Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.

If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect price and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that NT-Armament will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.



Out of state sales (Form 3), will not be charged any shipping for orders $500 or above. Orders under $500 will incur a $15 shipping fee.




All non NFA transfers are $15.00.

At NT-Armament, we do not play the discount pricing game. Our terms are simple: If you pay via credit card(swipe only), there is a 3% surcharge. We do not accept payments via PayPal.

Arranging for a Shipment & Transfer

Find a licensed FFL dealer in your area. Contact the dealer and let them know you would like to receive a firearm for transfer from NT-Armament.

Be sure to ask about their FFL transfer fee, anywhere from $10 - $25. Anything higher than that is unreasonable.

If you agree to their fee, arrange the transfer with your FFL dealer. (We do not arrange the transfer)

Provide your dealer with our mailing address or toll free fax number where they can send a copy of their FFL.(if not already on file)

Once you have selected an FFL for your transfer, please indicate the dealers name (name on the FFL) on your order so we know where to ship your firearm.

Please include your ORDER NUMBER on any correspondence you or your FFL may send us.

It is best to locate a FFL dealer to transfer your gun before you place your order. However, you can place your order first and then provide us with your FFL dealer info before we ship. We will hold your order for until we have the required info regarding the FFL.


Once the firearm is ready to be picked up at your FFL, Please INSPECT THE FIREARM THOROUGHLY to make sure it is exactly what you ordered and that there are no defects with the firearm. If there are any problems whatsoever, DO NOT ACCEPT THE TRANSFER !! We will gladly have the firearm picked up and returned to us at our expense and provide you with your choice of a replacement or full refund.

Once you accept transfer, the gun is considered used and must be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. Any returns after accepting transfer will not be accepted.



Items not picked up within 30 days of notice they are ready for pickup, will be deemed abandoned by the purchaser,
unless prior arrangements have been made.

Is it legal to buy suppressors in the state of Texas?

Yes! In fact, you can even buy fully automatic weapons (pre 1986). In addition to suppressors, we also handle other NFA items, such as short barreled rifles, machine guns, and AOWs (any other weapons).


Why would I want to have a suppressor?

Forget everything you see in the movies. Most guys are buying them for varmint hunting. An additional benefit is that your grouping will improve, as the kick-back will be reduced.

And don't forget it can help prevent hearing loss!


Can any FFL sell and/or transfer suppressors & machine guns?

No. They must have a special tax stamp – SOT. Many refer to these as class III items, which is not always true. They are also known as class II items – it all depends on which type of FFL license the dealer has. The easiest terminology is to refer to them as NFA items.


How long does it take to get a suppressor or machine gun?

Longer than it should. It will take a total of 4 – 6 months to receive your tax stamp for the item. At that point, the suppressor or fully automatic weapon can be transferred to you.


What is the process for applying for the tax stamp?

1. Select suppressor.
2. Fill out paperwork.

3. Provide a copy of your NFA trust (must be compliant)
and skip steps 4 – 6.

4. Obtain law enforcement signature.

5. Get fingerprinted.
6. Scotch tape photos on forms.

7. Write a check in the amount of $200 (for tax stamp) to BATFE.

8. Wait for paperwork to clear, and a tax stamp to be issued.

9. Fill out ATF form 4473.

10. Take your suppressor home.


What is the best suppressor for my gun?

That can only be determined once you submit complete info on your gun to us. We work with the largest distributors in the country, and not only can get the suppressors much quicker, but they are also experts on “what’s best”, and therefore we can give you the right info. Can my suppressor be shipped directly to me?

There is one way that it can, within the state of Texas. However, even ATF field agents recommend against it. Why? The process is quite onerous, and one single misstep on the part of the dealer and the dealer could be in trouble, and cause you the customer unnecessary grief, and even make the transfer to you illegal. It is referred to as a "non over the counter transfer". Refer to page 9 of the ATF Federal Firearms Regulations Reference Guide, page 9, bottom right. We can do it, and it will add up to two weeks extra wait time.

Why should I purchase items from NT-Armament?

We don’t gouge on our prices. We work with the largest wholesalers in the country, and therefore can be extremely competitive on pricing. If we don’t have it in stock, we can have it in hand, within two days. If one wholesaler doesn’t have it, there is a good chance another one will. We will work hard to earn your business. From time to time, there are guns that some dealers still have in stock, but many dealers are out of the item. They may have bought more for inventory than other dealers.


What if the gun is damaged, or has defect?

Defects are always the responsibility of the manufacturers. While they are rare, they do happen. The manufacturers are known for “making it right”. Damaged caused by a shipper have a responsibility for correcting the situation. If a shipper ever damages an item in shipment to you, we will see to it that a replacement one is provided to you, and we will intervene with the shipper. Otherwise, all sales are final.


Is there a “surcharge” for credit card purchases?

Yes. There is a 3% discount loss.


Why is it not always cheaper to buy guns out of state?

Most people do not look at the total price. It is assumed that by buying from another state and not paying taxes, you are saving money. You have to look at the total cost. I have seen some charge as much as $30 for shipping, and based on the method they ship it, it costs them about half that much!

*It’s even worse if you buy in state from a dealer that charges full MSRP – we NEVER charge full MSRP! If you buy from a dealer in Houston, they might insist that you drive to Houston to pick up your suppressor and tax stamp. Even if they don’t, they will usually charge you full MSRP, and you will have to pay a transfer fee to the receiving dealer. Note: some manufacturers have MAP pricing -meaning the dealers are not to go below a set price for their products.
